「clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」

「We stayed at the Club Quarters, St. Paul for 5 nights. It is a nice location, close to the St Paul underground station, with lots of places to eat and parks around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The front entrance and lobby were being renovated while we were there. So we entered by a side door in an alley and there was a temporary front desk there. Service was still very good, even under those circumstances.」
