"Better than expected. Got there early, so they stored our luggage. On check in we were upgraded to a family room that had two big beds and one small. Room 119 at the end of a corridor with window overlooking side street. No noise from outside. Beds were clean and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Not alot of room around the beds, but it was fine. Good shower, USB charging points, fridge & TV in room. Breakfast available at a place around the corner.Two minutes walk to St Pancras/Kings...

"It’s a very convenient location. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. The main issues are lack of storage, a rail or some shelves possibly for your toiletries/clothing."

Very central hotel - perfect location Hotel held our bags (although are now charging for this) Needed extra pillows and these were delivered within 5 mins of my request. We were taken to a room in the basement, kind of thru me off as I was not expecting that, but we were told we were lucky as our was one of the few rooms with ac. Guess I missed that in the description when we booked. Or was cool so ac would not have been an issue for us anyway. The room was comfortable and based on other reviewers good for the London area. "My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was really great to rest somewhere clean and comfortable after a long evening flight. Easy check in and out, staff were lovely and breakfast was high quality. Looking forward to my next stay at a holiday inn! "
