"The hotel was clean and safe but it was farther from the main train station, Osaka Station, and metro stops than we prefer. 8-12 minute walk which is still not very far but we have been spoiled by hotels in other cities which are much closer to public transit lines. Still overall a good hotel. "

"5 minute walk from subway which is only advantage of this location, otherwise seems to be in middle of office blocks. Would not stay here again due to location . However, it is incredibly clean, outstanding g service too. Has free happy hour also which is great. 10/10 for everything other than location "

"We stayed on the 15th floor, a premium room. Great view of the river and the city. Easy access to pathways along the River, short walk from the station. Very pleased with our stay, can’t complain about anything. Access to the 16th floor lounge was great, took advantage of all the snacks and drinks. Not too much of a view on the patio. They provided wine, high ball and beer which was nice before heading to bed. Great stay and happy with the hotel."

"Love the hotel beds and pillows. Room space was great. Given level 10 with moutain view. The hotel transport @ Sannomiya station was also rehular. Will revisit if i return to kobe. Lovely garden courtyard and near harbour for a lovely stroll in the evening. "
