Lovely breakfast, only issue our name wasn't on the breakfast list and we were questioned by a staff member, she did let us start eating etc and the later confirmed we were on the list, she had an out of date list, this did make us feel uncomfortable and worried about our booking as we knew we had booked the breakfast. "The hotel is in a good location in Ventnor with easy access to the local amenities. The gardens are stunning and there was a good selection of food available at breakfast. Our only complaint was the shower as it was very low pressure. The hotel were very accommodating with our last minute booking and were able to store our bicycles for us overnight."
