"Was not informed of the building work going on outside the building at the back when we checked in. Was very noisy from 8.20 and there was also work going on in the room next and woke us up with the noise. Not sure if there were refurbishing it"

"Great location…room was totally poorly laid out. So much wasted space. Carpeting was atrocious and not the cleanest. Carpeting shouldn’t be allowed in hotels it always hides a multiple of stains. I brought a pair of new slippers and after 5 days walking on the carpet the soles were black."
