"I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. She was easily able to find her way there from Heathrow, and then could walk right out of the hotel and into one of the nicest areas in London. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!"

"We wanted to visit the Power Station so picked the Pestana as it is nearby. We had a large room but sadly right next to a very busy, noisy railway line. The room wasn't the cleanest and we discovered the toilet seat was very loose, and the sink tap was almost lifting out of the sink. Even if previous guests didn't mention it, and the bathroom has been cleaned, why haven't the cleaners reported these been reported to maintenance."
