"The property is nice - good sized rooms with a kitchen. Great onsen looking at the mountain. Great breakfast, and good dinner (although we were the only two people in the whole place!). Very far from resorts and restaurants. limited shuttle service from hotel, and had several instances of no taxis being available. Not a knock on the hotel, but know you are secluded. I will stay in Grand Hirafu next time."

"The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day...
