Breakfast was great. Distance to Rialto bridge is 15 min walking. If coming by water from airport, take blue line 👍 Alessandro was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed, thank you 🙏 I love this place, I will definitely come back here. "

"A stay that exceeded expectations. Communication with the property was very smooth and quick, when we arrived it was pouring so at check-in we were able to borrow an umbrella. The building has electronic safe access with room key and it was lovely to see an old building refurbished with a style mixing modern with new. "This is a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Absolutely silent at night. Easy walking distance to everything in Venice. Very close to the main port from Venice airport and the public taxi to the other islands like Burano/Murano are just down the street. The room is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend staying here!"
