"I just stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago, and returned from the US and stayed again. The staff was quite helpful, the room clean, and the views spectacular over Victoria Harbor. "Clean, modern and quiet. Spacious room with a large bed and good sized bathroom. Shower drainage was slow but not a big issue. Great location, close to many bars, restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to the Star Ferry pier and Temple Street. Hotel is on a hill but easily avoidable by going through the Mira Place Shopping mall, along Knutsford Terrace and into the car park where there is a lift. Would stay again."

"Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. "Great stay to visit my father in ShaTin hospital which is a single bus stop away boarding from the bus stop across the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious for Hong Kong with decent maintenance. Air con is very quiet and pleasant enough to sleep through and the breakfast was fair although not the widest selection. Good sized parking area and easily accessible to many convenience stores including 7/11 and Circle K."

"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. We booked a room with breakfast included and we were very happy with it. Breakfast has both western and Asian options. One downside was that the gym was unavailable during our stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. They were also able to help call a taxi for our early flight. Would consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong!"
