Once I explained our situation to the woman at the front desk she immediately jumped into action!! "Weekends are loud, even on 14th floor from neighboring bars and sites. Elevator was broken so ha to wait for just one that worked out of 4. Rooms where a little smaller than seemed via site pics. But a nice and clean stay for our tournament. Pull out beds where smaller and not conformable. Murphy beds where better than pull outs. "
