“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

“This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. “​Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming due to several facility issues. The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom……
