"The whole staff were wonderful. They helped us get to the Riad when our other driver didn’t show up. They were very welcoming with mint tea and cookies and they through out our stay made sure we had what we needed. When we had a 5:40 AM flight they not only arranged a driver for us, but also sent us on the way with breakfast. Truly an outstanding staff and the Riad itself is beautiful."

Our rooms had stained glass windows and hand carved furnishings. A Moroccan treasure! The food at breakfast was amazing and the rooftop dining area was the perfect way to watch the sunset over Fez. We highly recommend this hotel!"
