"We had a great time! They had a Family pool and a Adult pool, which we spent a lot of time at the swim up bar. Pedro and Julian were amazing bartenders they took such good care of everyone. The room has turn down service, thick towels, mini fridge/drinks, comfortable beds, blackout curtains and rain shower! Having All Inclusive was really awesome and the food was good with several different dinning options, the Fish Tacos were Amazing! The staff always says hello and has a smile, they really made the trip perfect!"

"This is a good hotel, the food selection is very good, the staff is AMAZING and it is SO CLEAN. They used to have a piano bar, but now just one sports bar, but when we were there it was full of kids running around and screaming at 10pm. I’d say it’s more of a good young family resort,"

"The location is excellent to explore downtown San Jose! Walking distance to old town and all restaurants/shopping. The hotel is nice but we wish we had a mini-fridge as well as a safe locker! The walk in shower didn’t have a door and the floor got very wet after the shower. These are minor details! Overall the hotel is nice and in a prime location"

"The casita was very nice and just as the pictures showed it to be. A short walk to the beach. Kitchen had every thing we needed to cook and Leo the caretaker was so nice and helpful. He brought water over every couple days. We went in August so it was very hot and AC is in bedrooms only so if you were using the futons in the living room it would be too hot to sleep but that was August. Otherwise we loved it"
