"The staff needs some hospitality training. They were not very friendly. Activities were not updated when not available and not very timely. Elevators were not as clean as they should have been."

"Sapphire could be a very nice option. If they clean the place up. Its very outdated. Has a stale smell, my key card didn’t work for my room and i had to continuously get it fixed. We turned on a lamp in our room and knocked power to one side of the room. Property seem abandoned in some areas. Small Bugs in the room. Wasn’t enough wash towels. Positives, nice views from the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And tried their best to fix all the issues in A timely manner. Rooms are big in size. 5/10. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"The pictures on the site must be old because the property is pretty run down. I was there in April 2026 and was shocked at how run down it looked. Even though the staff were nice, it was not what I expected. If you are there for a weekend this place is ok but I wouldn’t stay for a long trip. Breakfast is not worth the 15 dollars, I would eat off site."

"The outdoor pool was very enjoyable when the management would allow the umbrellas to be used.The dining room chairs in C2 need adjustment for missing screws.The thermostat in the smaller bedroom would not hold the temperature that was indicated on the controls Toilets in the suites run after flushing, we had to make adjustments "

"The view was amazing and the private beach was such a gem! We did not like the fact that the windows in both rooms faced the common balcony so we always had to keep our curtains shut for privacy as people walked right through it! That was a minor inconvenience though so I am giving it a 10/10!"
