“The room we had original AC wasn’t working right in room 403 (so clean) called front desk and he was such a sweetheart, when I went back to lobby the new room key was ready. Room 406 was so CLEAN!! Ice machine on the 5th floor wasn’t working, Thank god there was ice cups at the corner store. The location is amazing on 3rd ave. Parking also. Smoking or non smoking room. Vending machines had raw paper also 😂!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!”

“My room was spotless when I got there. But, because I didn’t read the description completely to see that smoking is allowed in that specific room, I still got a whiff of smoke when I first got there. Thankfully, I was able to extend my stay by 1 hour and right before check-out time.There’s an ATM in the lobby because I had to pay for the extra time with cash. There’s a microwave in the lobby too ”

“Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. ”
