「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「The entire stay our TV did not work, there was a leak under the bathroom sink that wet all my things and we asked for towels and these services to be addressed but they never were. The room also had a mildew smell which I pray wasn't hidden mold. I understand it's a new place but they aren't very responsive to the real needs to the customers. The staff was friendly but no one ever followed through with our request for needed services.」

「Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up.
