“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Worst Hotel I've ever stayed at. The carpet, curtains and bed in our unit should have been replaced in the 90's. The permanent smell of cigarette smoke dominated the room. The plumbing didn't work properly and the room had bugs. A clear lack of responsibility by the property owners. This hotel has been in disrepair for many years, however nothing ever gets done about it. Will never stay at a Wyndam property ever again.”

“AC was okay, but loud. It was still muggy even with the cold air and the smell in the room was horrific. We were exhausted after driving straight across the state after a full day of work and just wanted to rest. The young woman at the desk overnight was rude, and the front office also smelled like sewage. In the room, there was a stinkbug on the ceiling. There were more outside on the property, so I assumed it just slipped in before we arrived, but it hadn’t moved in the two days we were……
