「Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future 」

「Nice seaside hotel across the Rd from seafront. Lovely promenade to walk along seafront. Hotel a little faded due to age of building however clean bright and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money breakfast was included. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. 」

「Clean and quiet. The staff are helpful. Fully equipped kitchen and dry room for wet clothes. But the air quality inside the eight people dormitory room is poor because the window is small. 」

「A great hotel in a good location close to the sea with an excellent beer garden backing onto the canal. Fantastic food let down by a slow service between courses. The room was clean and comfortable although the extractor fan for the kitchen was directly outside the windows. Easy access for those who needed to leave early with a key dropbox and friendly efficient staff on reception and behind the bar. 「This hotel scammed us. Despite booking and paying for a double room, they pretended Expedia had only booked a single…and said they had no rooms left. They told another couple arriving later the same evening the same lie. They had clearly rebooked our rooms as soon as they could charge a higher - peak season - rate. Appalling - no one should stay here!」
