“The floors in the condo had not been cleaned in quite some time as the bottoms of our feet got nasty just by walking around the condo. Be aware that if you stay on any floor except the first floor, you are having to walking up and down all flight of stairs as there aren’t any elevators. Also, the older white lady that was at check in was telling me how awful it was to stay there. In actuality, it wasn’t except for the inconvenience of no elevator and the floors not being clean. Oh and the……

“The room was clean. The breakfast was limited to yogurts, fresh pastries, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, bagels and was good and fresh. We did not hear any noise from other guests or from street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ice cold when we arrived and we had to move it up a few degrees. Highly recommend this house.”

“we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.”

“We liked the clean room, access to pool was easy and so beautiful. Everything is so close by. Food, souvenir stores, beach. Parking the rental was dependent on finding a spot but luckily we would find one near. Most places in the area have limited parking. Management checked on us almost daily to make sure we had what we needed which was really nice. The chickens,roosters, iguanas were and added bonus.”

“Good location, breakfast was included and good. Property needs some updating. Somewhat noisy so if you seek quietness after a busy day, not the best place until around 11:00 pm. Room was clean and spacious. ”

“It was fine. The negatives were a very small shower with inadequate water pressure. The room was small but fine if you are only there to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the small refrigerator was nice. The shared balcony again was fine. The poor and surrounding area was not kept clean of leaves and dirt. Overall, fine but the conditions and amenities did not support the price of the room.”

“The hotel is right where all the action is on Duvall street. First timers need to prepared to deal with parking challenges. The room would have been perfect for just a couple but all in all served our family of four very well.”
