“personally for our family it's was amazing all staff were friendly breakfast was really good room was clean”

“Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks.”

“Picked this place specifically for the water park. Called ahead to confirm the dates/times it was open. Let’s just say, we had some very sad kids.”

“The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air.”

“Horrible noise in the wall that kept thumping all night long. Probably water pipes, but it would seem like they would only make noise when the water was running. This noise occurred systematically every 20 to 60 seconds ALL night long. Carpet was gross. I had to wear shoes everywhere in room.”

“Most of the hot breakfast items were cold, not sure if the heat was not working on the chaffing dishes. Was good otherwise.”
