「An extremely beautiful hotel in the middle of the city of Lucerne. It was recently renovated and now shines in new splendor. The entire guest journey is automated and works perfectly. I can recommend the hotel for tourists as well as business travelers. I will certainly be back!」

「Room and breakfast are nice. Buses on the weekend can be less frequent and the last one at 5:10pm which is slightly less convenient - however the mountain view is great. At check out, found out that the hotel charged around 5 Euro for a bottle of water on the desk of the room which was a surprise to me. 」

「管理及設備，一般。但是床很大，仍然舒服，地點也好。就在Baar 車站旁邊。 缺點： 1. 浴室感覺比較簡陋，材料差，地板還用了一個看來就髒髒的花紋 —— 感覺怪不舒服的。 2. 明明已經掛了"整理房間" 牌子，不知何故沒有人清潔/ 整理。 3. 小賣部的杯麵竟然賣 7.9 CHF（ 是便利店的4倍呀！）」

「The location was amazing, even though the road to the house is up the hill, on top of a mountain and very narrow. 2 cars cannot pass each other when the road is at 4000 ft elevation. The listing was wrong. Since travelling with family and kids, I wanted the whole house and that's how I reserved it. 3-days before my check-in, I was informed that the house is shared and I will have to share even the bathroom with other people. This was not what I paid for. So basically I paid for the whole house,...

「the location is not so good, it's dark and fewer people are around the building in the evening. It would be nice if there is a staff for 24 hours, because there is a guy who keep speaking phone for 30min at 10 pm. However, the breakfast is great, I will consider come back next time」

「離車站約8-10分鐘路程，住宿附近即是教堂聖誕市集，走到琉森湖也是一兩分鐘，逛商圈也很方便。但若要走到獅子紀念碑附近逛就有一小段距離了。 客房整潔舒適，美中不足沒有電梯，搬運行李爬高樓層很不方便。 另外，客房服務有註明可以寄放行李，不過實際上卻要加收10法郎的費用，又是一筆額外支出。不過相較於要去車站賭有無寄放空間是方便許多。」

「Zimmer für 1-2 Nächte ok und super Lage. Check in und Check out leider ganz schlecht. Beim Check out war das zuständige Personal nicht da, wir mussten ewig warten um dies abzuschliessen. Check in dauerte viel zu lange. 」
