“This hotel property is not the lowest cost option in the Reno-Sparks area but it is far from the highest cost. “This was about the nicest small-town hotel I've ever stayed in and by small-town, I mean Hawthorne is literally in the middle of the desert, halfway between Reno and Vegas, just north of Area 51. There is a very nice casino with a fantastic restaurant just across the street. The town hosts a large military base, so if you are a veteran call them directly regarding their special services for veterans before booking. On a side note, some of the other small towns in the area seem to augment……

“I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.”
