「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Stayed here and my child was injured by an exposed metal spring on the pull out couch mattress. They replaced the mattress but it was so thing and uncomfortable. I was told by staff at the front desk that a manager would call me and comp the room (he called the manager while in a meeting). I called a week later and the manager claims he knows nothing of what I'm talking about and said they have to talk to the employee first. No apology, nothing. Also they allowed kids to run around thr tiny...

「The walk from our unit to the beach was close. We stayed here for a night, off season. We were disappointed that the chairs/umbrella were not included in the room rate. The room was very clean and the check in staff nice and efficient. The room is very bright, black out curtains would help immensely. We did not use the pools, but they looked nice. We easily walked somewhere to eat in the evening.」
