「I liked the room but you could hear normal conversations of the people next door. We woke up Sunday morning to not having any hot water and all they could tell us was that the engineers were working on it. An hour later, still none so I had to go out without having had a shower. The elevator permit had expired 4 months prior and no one seemed to care when I mentioned it. We ended up leaving the property one night early.」

「Very nice and clean room, just the AC wasn’t working unfortunately but overall very good experience.」

「Amazing hotel, clean friendly environment, easy parking, and wonderful staff, Especially jasmine, so helpful and kind」

「Clean room and very roomy. Very helpful front desk. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Checking in with the front desk was a bit non friendly. The rep seemed to be a bit annoyed but maybe they were having a bad night. The valet and other staff were friendly. Parking is a bit different. Either valet or pay for a public lot the hotel does not own. You have to pay every time you exit which could cost more than valet if you are not careful. Rooms were good. HVAC a little loud. Nice area.」
