Call the front desk to let them know what not satisfied with the room was placed on hold for five minutes after which I was told they don’t have any other room. Did not get room service, had to call for clean towels. Would not stay again.”

“The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! There were large ugly stains in the hallways and……
