「地點冬近火車站，方便。房間空調最令人不滿意，安排的第一個房間的空調非常噪吵，相信難以入睡，安排換了另一間，但空調很弱，開了一個小時也不涼，技工來看過也沒辦法處理。另外，房間通風也欠佳，洗手間有一股味道，房內床上更好像有蚤咬」

「退房時要求再支付總共40歐元的稅，我預訂時已繳付了稅項，但酒店説不夠。最終又再支付了總共40歐元（共5晚）的稅。 這點事先一直聼說過，讓人非常不爽」
