「This hotel has nice grounds, free parking and quiet rooms. My biggest issue is the service at the restaurant. I have stayed at this property at least six times and the restaurant is constantly understaffed. At breakfast this morning there were at least 30 customers with one server and the manager running tables. Took forever to get the food. It makes me avoid the restaurant. However the front desk staff is nice and attentive.」

「We rented 6 rooms for out stay. Three out of six rooms, my families found rats. One room caught two. A shower was leaking. We noticed when room 125 and 127 showered the floor outside of the hallway would flood. We let employees and the front desk know and nothing was done about it. We asked housekeeping for towels only to be told they don't understand what we were asking. The entrance at the D door smelled like someone threw up. 「No room service of any kind. You have to get your own towels, toilet paper, toiletries and even when you remind them to come freshen up the sheets or beddings for 3 nites. They don't show up. They're very prompt to remind guests to get out though.」
