「First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026.
The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else.
The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but...

「Excellent experience at Villa Marco Island. Great communication, very clean, comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Now the exciting part, the art and furniture are as amazing as the views from the beautiful pool looking out onto the deep water dock and the canal! This is a real gem and we hope to return as soon as we are able!!」
