「This hotel is the opposite of what was shown on the pictures. In a few words, this hotel is not safe, poor elevator service, dirty, scary. We only stayed there for 3 hours until we were able to book another room somewhere else. Bathroom is very small a square. You can brush your teeth, use the toilette and shower at the same time in that time restroom. Only one small towel was provided for 3 guests.」

「The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.」
