「Nice hotel. Close to airport. 」

「The property was really clean, the room were nice and clean, ALOT of food options nearby LITERALLY, the breakfast in the hotel was awsome,the staff were all so welcoming and the lady in the kitchen is the most adorable person ive ever met. We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and the pool was relaxing… My new favorite spot in miami」

「Todo excelente. Lo único que nos pareció extraño, es que a todos los huéspedes que llegaban temprano, antes de la hora del check in, les entregaban sus habitaciones. Nosotros salimos de un crucero, así que llegamos desde las 10 de la mañana y traiamos un bebé. Aún asi nos entregaron la suite sólo media hr. antes del check in. Esperamos casi 6 horas; Porque segun nos dijeron en recepción, los clientes anteriores pidieron - late check out- pero acaso era la única suite del hotel?」

「Affordable room very clean」

「Lady at check in was rude basically said I was lying about no shuttle not coming to pick us up. Ended up taking 2 taxis for all of us」

「The two Front Desk associates who greeted me and my friend treated us very nicely. I wish I remembered their names (one is from Costa Eica and the other one not sure from where) hopefully managers can look up my check in invoice and congratulate them for the great service they provide. Also, we loved our room. 」

「The bed was comfy. Room was clean. I could have used more, USB ports, hangers and my conditioner was empty but not a deal breaker for me. 」

「The staff at the Resturant and front desk are very helpful and have excellent customer service. Only thing that bugs me is the incidental fee it’s taking quite a while to be refunded, since it’s international. 」
