「This hotel is close to the main market square. There is also a supermarket just opposite to the hotel. Everything is good except that it is a really small room. It is hard to open a big suitcase.」

「At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. 「Friendly staff & very polite, hotel is situated in the center of Groningen & approximately a15min walk from the train station. Plenty of choices for breakfast, certain areas of the hotel are in need of decorating along with new carpets ( tripping hazard) did not see any wheelchair access 」

「Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. 」

「The location is close to Downtown, Groningen. The room style is quite old and the furniture is also quite old. There was only one window facing the chimney. When the window is open, flies often got in. No lift nor air conditioning. While the temperature was up to over 26, we could only rely on a noisy electric fan. The merits about the room were that the bathroom was spacious and cozy and breakfast was great. 」

「We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. We werden direct ontvangen toen we naar binnen liepen en de receptie liep met ons mee naar de kamer. De kamer was prachtig! Een heel fijn verblijf. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed verzorgd. Bij het uitchecken kregen we een flesje water en een kleinigheidje, ontzettend attent. Ik had mijn oplader laten liggen, maar werd gelijk door de receptie gebeld dus die kon ik gelukkig nog ophalen. Al met al hebben we het enorm naar onze zin gehad! 」
