“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. “The rooms are good enough. bathrooms seriously need a reno. I was informed by the front office staff that Hilton is a franchise so if you’re an honors gold member there are no perks except the daily food credit. They need to put a cover on the box springs. It’s stained yellow and pretty gross. I’ve stayed here 3 times because it’s close to the college campus but I think this is my last time. The No Name Bar was good and the staff are nice but the front office staff is wildly different from……
