"We checked in with the understanding that we had reserved an accessible room, with walk in shower for mom. Nope, and they said that none were available, and the toilet in our other room didn’t flush. They said that maintenance would look at it in the morning when they got in. Cancelled the rest of the nights, but wife noticed when we left that they still billed us for 3 nights."

"We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again."

"The staff was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant next door was, too. However, the rooms are dated and look worn out. The fridge in the room would randomly start rattling loudly enough that it woke me up multiple times. They were pet friendly and the place was clean. Good location."
