「It was fine. Nothing crazy. The location worked great . Easy walk to jrad. 」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「This was an amazing hotel. Picked a quick trip down to St. Louis for Father’s Day. The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts and kickback was delicious. Will be staying here again! The only thing we wished for was an “adults only” time on the pool from 10-11 because we couldn’t get in the spa with how many kids were there! Loved that the kids were having a blast but for the people without kids it would be nice to have that hour! Overall amazing property and in such a great location. 」

「Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.」

「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」
