“We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. “First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……

“Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! Their landscaping on the property was fabulous and the pool was refreshing. ”

The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. “The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view. We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food. The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool. ”
