“First I’d like to say that the ratings are no direct reflection of the staff. They did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible. when we arrived at the property we realized they were doing extensive construction and renovations. We ended up changing our room three times for different reasons. Some of them were paint smells, strong odors from construction, our shower door was off the track and very heavy to move back-and-forth, as well as the sink, not draining the……
