「My daughter and I stayed at Landdown resort for 2 nights. We used the pools and ate in 2 of the restaurants. Coton and Rye was hit and miss. Our first meal was great, but the second dinner was not. To be fair, tbe resrt did comp my meal and I was grateful. The pools were adequate, but could do with some upgrading.」

「I booked my room with breakfast included. I did not receive my breakfast coupons upon arrival. The next morning, when we went to go have breakfast, we were notified that we needed to have coupons. My mother went to the front desk to request the coupons, but it wasn't on our hotel reservation (in the system) that we had purchased breakfast with our room. The person working at the front desk requested proof via email, which I sent my mom a copy to show them. That wasn't good enough. They said it...
