“The resort is a timeshare push. From the moment you check in, they are trying to sell a timeshare. We chose this property due to the water park and it was closed during our stay. The house was worn out and dated (paint faded, wood rot, interior doors loose). I wouldn’t recommend. There are much better options in Branson. I wish I would have looked at reviews closer before booking. It looks like once capital vacations took over it went downhill.”
