「Great stay staff was very helpful during the storm」

「The building itself is awesome. Super cool inside with bars and restaurants. The room idea is awesome but not executed the best. The corner room with full windows and couch and bed and separate shower and tub we awesome, but it felt very institutional in the room. Echoed and could hear other rooms. The bed was really low and the mattress was super uncomfortable. Kind of a let down over all. 」

「Over all well placed, very clean, staff was there for all your kneeds. If i have to put anyone above and beyond was the valet and bell boys they were alway wanting to help.」

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
