"Excellent location in Seville - 10 min walk to the Cathedral, 25 min walk to the Palaza de Espana. Perfect location for wandering the streets of Seville. Hotel was well appointed although the rooms are a little tired looking. The rooftop is AMAZING though. Pool, jacuzzi and a bar overlooking the rooftops of Seville and the cathedral. Highly recommend!"

"The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Mirella and her colleagues from housekeeping were exceptional as was the woman working the rooftop bar. Our room was spacious and clean but completely devoid of a view other than staring directly into another guest’s room. The rooms weren’t soundproof at all as noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms was quite audible, especially coming from the late night high-heel wearing, luggage dragging guest above our room. "Great location, a few minutes walk to the plaza de espana. But the property itself wasn’t up to our expectation. The carpets throughout the hallways were stained. Plenty of doors had cracks. So the first impression was of a rundown shabby place. The room itself was decent but had a few issues- 1) The shower would get immediately clogged, so you’re always standing in a puddle. 2) The first night, there was a tiny bug crawling on the bed (seemed like a spider) - so we just moved it and didn’t...

"The hotel and room itself was in excellent condition. The trainee who checked us out was also excellent. However there was one member of staff at the reception who was quite rude and unhelpful on every occasion. Unsure as to why since the other staff were lovely. "

"Place was near a grocery store which was nice bc this was our firat night of a 7 night trip. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was worth it! I would stay again."
