「Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. 「Nice large room, TERRIBLE LIGHTING!! It was either too bright or way to dim. Good luck putting make up in the bathroom!! Construction was going on directly across the street from my room- Started EARLY! For the price I paid I would have expected to at least be informed that it was happening. That said, the staff were all very nice and helpful. The fact that you can hear the Jazz music in virtually every room wasn't as loud as I thought and it ended around 11. 「Breakfast is charged. Generally, 4-star hotels provide free breakfast. It is very noisy at night. The disco music on the 15th floor is very loud and the sound insulation is not good」

We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.」
