“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”

“Convenient location yet quiet (for London). No elevator but staff was very helpful carrying my bag up to my third floor room. Staff also call a taxi for me when I left to go to Paddington station. Will stay here again next time I’m in London”

“The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. ”

“The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. ”
