「The hotel is in an excellent location, I needed the Philadelphia Convention Center and the subway nearby. The room was just average, nothing out of the ordinary, quite clean.」

「We visit Philadelphia several times a year for cultural events. This is our home away from home. The location is convenient, the hotel has a bar, restaurant and La Colombe coffee in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. We feel very comfortable here and highly recommend this hotel. 」

「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「We always stay at this location when visiting KOP. It is close to everything that you can’t get bored! The only two things we didn’t like is 1.while the AC worked well, it seemed to push out dust. My allergies bothered me in the room the whole time and the day we left we noticed a coating of dust on the night stands which I wiped when we checked in. 2. Our bartender the last night gave us more expensive vodka in our drinks, which we did not ask for. Our regular tab for four drinks all the other...
