"Upon arriving at the property, we noticed and were notified about construction being done on the rental unit. We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. A day later we received an email as if the situation was new, saying only a flat $200 "gesture of goodwill" will be offered if we decided to stay. "Property was amazing but we couldn’t grill because propane tanks were empty and host didn’t respond to our communication attempts. "
