“Staff was wonderful. We went during spring break so it was definitely busy and they were very accommodating. Room was nice, but we waited a very long time and never got a text for checking in early. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing! Can’t complain about anything there. The view was amazing and the location was absolutely stellar! The Check and Desk can be difficult to find you have to walk quite a ways from the front area and the valet can be difficult to get in and out of. But other than……

“The property was first looked pretty clean, but here were the issues: cleaning carts with Janitors supply outside my door the crew making noise there, the room: toilet ran had to fix it myself in the middle of night, broken toilet paper roll holder, outside street noise loud, broken night blind curtain so it let light in room# 361. pool: lounge cushions were stained. Then when I mentioned to front desk the issues the Deep Blue eye girl at the front desk high five the customer behind when he said……
