“Very clean room, staff was so nice!”

“It was clean and beautiful loved our stay also it was close to everything”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“Two issues: There was construction going on next door (a brand new building, so it will be going on for months!). The staff put us in the room closest to the construction noise - which started at 7:30 am. Not a crime to want to sleep in on vacation, right?! THEN, the hotel was painting all the wood balconies and they were on the other side of the room! Really? The workers were actually looking right into our room! I asked the front desk what their occupancy was before I told the staff that I……
