Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. The suite was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The comfortable bed and nice pillows were great for a good night's sleep. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. One elevator was out of service, so that could have bothersome for some guests.
