“Very clean room, staff was so nice!”

“Two issues: There was construction going on next door (a brand new building, so it will be going on for months!). The staff put us in the room closest to the construction noise - which started at 7:30 am. Not a crime to want to sleep in on vacation, right?! THEN, the hotel was painting all the wood balconies and they were on the other side of the room! Really? The workers were actually looking right into our room!
