“Fake fig tree was completely covered in dust, cobwebs on ceilings, dead bugs in light switch Could not sit in chairs by lake there was too much junk, high grass in the way. Gas tanks not secure on outside appliances. Coffee was in jug that had been used by others , so was sugar. When people were upstairs there was a lot of noise, scraping furniture”

“Didn't use the laundry service. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed. The rooms were clean, but we needed more bedding -- not enough pillow cases and extra comforter in the closet looked like it had something spilled on it - large sticky spots. I know air conditioning may not be typical in Colorado, but it was acutally quite hot when we were there and air conditioning would have been appreciated. The box fans did help some.
