“Nice & new hotel. Free street parking spaces just outside hotel are quite popular during weekends, though a few other spaces may be found in nearby streets.”

“The apartment is clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen's facility is good. Next to Prahran market, and at a walkable distance to supermarket, quite convenient. The downside is there is no housekeeping on Sunday. Need to pay if you want to have one. ”

“Check in service was very poor. There is no staff on counter. I called the apartment few days ago to tell them my exact check in time. I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!”

“The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. ”
